SHIPPING – DELIVERY

Shipping is currently available only in the UK. For International deliveries Bridal Trunk will email the cost of shipment once the order is placed. Customers are advised to contact us to know the delivery charges prior placing an order. 

Product prices are shown in GBP. Orders are accepted only for countries other than India. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.  

For India - We currently do not take online orders via this website.

INSURANCE

Bridal Trunk insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Bridal Trunk and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • We aim to dispatch all Read-to-Ship orders within 24-48 hours with the exception of made-to-measure orders.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
